About us - Our Staff

All staff at St Michaels Manor are highly trained and compassionate in what they do. The care of our permanent and respite service users is central, and our staff strive to meet all their physical, emotional and spiritual needs, while also supporting the family through this time.

St Michaels Manor is registered for both personal and nursing care, meaning our staff can provide both general care and palliative support should it be required. Nursing and support staff respect the privacy and dignity of our service users at all time, and can provide as much support or as much peace as is required. A special programme of care is devised for those staying at St Michaels to include treatment requirements and dietary needs, so that staff can devote available resources to treatment, care and support, specifically tailored for the individual.

Staff are available 24 hours a day for the care of our service users and the support of their families. We believe in working together with families, clinical support and service users to ensure a stay at St Michaels is relaxing, supportive and productive.
