About us - Our Staff
Caring for older people is a rewarding profession, and all staff at St Michaels Mount show this through the care, compassion and enjoyment they give to those at St Michaels. We endeavour to make the stay of each of our guests comfortable, happy and productive.
A team of nursing and support staff care for our service users, working with them socially through organised activities, and professionally through the care service they provide.
A special programme of care is devised for all by staff, to include treatment requirements and dietary needs, so that we can devote all available resources to care and support, specifically for the individual.
Staff are available 24 hours a day for the care of our residents. We believe in working together with families, social bodies and service users to ensure needs are satisfied to the furthest of our ability.
