About us - Our Approach
St Michaels Mount is a purpose built duel registered care home providing 45 places for older people requiring nursing and residential care.
At St Michaels Mount the staff’s focus is on the care of our residents. Caring for older people is something special, and all people working at the Mount have been highly trained, whether nursing or support staff, to sustain our ethos.
We endeavour to meet every need of our service users through our caring staff and quality facilities to ensure a stay at St Michaels is enjoyable and productive. All at St Michaels are encouraged to socialise at meal times and through a programme of social and entertainment events regularly planned-in such as board games, cards, bingo, handwriting classes, and birthday celebrations
It is important residents aren’t categorised, and that’s why at we assess the individual needs of everyone joining us, to allow our team to provide the best level of care possible. Individual care plans are reviewed on a monthly basis by our team, to ensure any changing requirements are cared for.
