Our Care - Personal
At St Michaels Mount we place the highest value on the personal care and respect, and we will promise to maintain a personal, dignified approach to care. Our network of support extends to families also, whom we liaise with a much as is required.
Monthly assessments are made on each individual at St Michaels and we adjust our programme of care accordingly. Our team of nursing and support staff work in conjunction with social, medical and spiritual bodies to provide a well-rounded programme of care to our service users.
Relevant staff are highly trained and recognised with the required qualifications in their field including RCN fully qualified nurses, various NVQ’s, health and safety, first aid, equality, diversity and anatomy to ensure only the best care is delivered from St Michaels.
We welcome any questions regarding care or any other aspect of our service at St Michaels and are happy to meet service users, prospective service users and families to discuss the matters further.
